In the beginning we all fell in love with online shopping and some of us still enjoy it, but as time goes on we realise just how draining ordering 15 items and only keeping 1 can be. I, for one, am sick and tired of having to order 2 different sizes of the SAME item due to the size measurements constantly changing. I seem to (always) fall madly in love with items online but when they arrive, they look nothing like on the website! Now I know I’m not the only one, I remember when the trend on twitter was uploading your online purchases with the caption: “what I ordered vs what I got” and below would be side by side pictures of what they’ve ordered and how it looks on the model vs what they really got and how it looks on them.

Whether you’re environmentally friendly or not, you have to admit that this is crazy and certainly not good for our environment! I’ll be honest, after learning about this I now cautiously choose the size of an item I’ll purchase, without having to buy two of each.
You might be thinking ‘but this is what reviews are for’ and I’ll have to disagree with you on that one. Firstly, being the online shopping addict that I am, I always try to look for reviews when I’m unsure about an item but I noticed that quite a few popular brands don’t provide this option. Also, when writing reviews not everyone explains in detail why they love or hate the item. Did they hate the item because it accentuates an aspect of their body that they’re not yet confident with, but this is something that you’re proud of and love showing off? Or did they love it because yellow is totally their colour however you think the opposite? You see, once again this is why Desyr is a MUST for all online shoppers.
